Yes, our hand woven rugs are durable and well-suited for high-traffic areas like living rooms or hallways. The tight weave and wool ensure longevity, but we recommend rotating the rug periodically to distribute wear evenly.

What if there's an issue with my rugs?

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your rug arrives with damages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We'll do our best to resolve the issue. Note that custom rugs are non-returnable unless there's an error on our part.

1. Any size larger than 8 feet wide will be shipped folded. So, you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few days of usage. Sizes less then 8 feet can be rolled or folded depending upon the convenience.
