📁 HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣ Send me your STL file
Click “Message Seller” and attach your file or paste a link.
If the file is over 20MB — I will send you a Google Drive/Dropbox upload link.
Please include:
• STL file or link
• Quantity
• Material preference
• Color preference
2️⃣ I review your file
I will check: printability, dimensions, material compatibility, estimated time & weight
Then I send you the exact quote.
3️⃣ I add a custom option in the listing
You approve the price → I add a personalized variation for your print → you can pay safely through Etsy.
4️⃣ Production & Shipping
Once payment is received, I begin printing. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days.
If your model requires more time, I’ll tell you before payment.

📏 PRINT SIZE LIMITS
Maximum single-piece size:
256 × 256 × 256 mm
Large objects can be split into several parts upon request.

✔ No refunds after printing begins
✔ Reprints only for verified print-quality issues
• If your STL has issues such as:
– thin walls
– weak joints
– poor mesh quality
– non-manifold geometry
– missing supports
these may affect the final print. I do my best to warn you if I notice a problem, but the final responsibility for model quality is on the customer.
