I bought 2 posters at the same time, one arrives in good condition and this one wasn't. the corner is folded and creased. I asked a replacment, the 2nd one is still defective. They sent me the 3rd one and finally it is perfect. These are well packaged, but somehow still being damage (the dent are made on the packaging and damaged the inner packed goods. The customer service responded promptly.
