Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most of my cards are personalised, I don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering mistakes. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please message me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and I will happily put things right. Your happiness matters to me, and I always do my best to resolve genuine issues quickly

Royal Mail only considers items lost 10 working days after the expected delivery date. I can only replace or return items that fall out of this timeframe. Please note that delivery dates are estimated, not guaranteed. If your item has been lost in transit, please let me know within 14 days of your purchase, we will investigate the matter and do my best to resolve the issue for you.

Are the cards blank inside?

Yes, all cards are blank inside, giving you plenty of space to write your own personal message. There are some that now have an optional insert, please see each listing for details

Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, please message me and I’ll help put things right.

Just a heads-up: Every screen shows colours a little differently, so your printed card may look a touch softer or warmer than what you see online. Because we print on beautiful matte card, the text and illustrations have a soft, hand-drawn feel — it’s one of the things our customers love.
