Where can I find my digital purchases in my account?

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. By Etsy

I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. Made-to-order digital items will be sent once the seller has finished them. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact the seller directly to discuss how they can send you your files. By Etsy

I’m having trouble downloading my files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again. If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact the seller through Etsy Messages for further assistance. The type of file you’ll be downloading is shown under the Highlights section of a digital listing. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type. Am I allowed to profit from this files?

You can use this mockup for personal or professional use (this does not includes selling the digital file). ⚠️You are NOT allowed to sell this digital file in ANY WAY. Even if you make some changes to this image, you are NOT allowed to sell the file. I constantly monitor for copyright infringements and bundles (hiding). Don't get your store closed or sued due to intellectual property infringement. My products are intended to be used as a mockup or in social media post to generate sales for your store.

Can I use your mockups to sell them as smart mockups?

You cannot. My mockups cannot be resold in any form.

What happens if I received the wrong file?

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please do not worry about it. After I see your message, I will fix my mistake. Please allow me time to answer. Thank you and I apologize for the trouble!

I had an old email address and can't access it. Can you send me my file via email?

To protect the buyer and seller I do not email files to my customers. Notice this example: There has been times in which a customer’s card and information has been used to make unauthorize purchases. If the seller sends the files via email, there is not records to show to Etsy. Thus, the customer can ask for a refund or reverse the transaction. Notice: I’m not saying the example is related to you. NOT at all! I’m trying to explain my logic. I appreciate you as a customer and thank you for your purchase.

You are not allowed to distribute my blank mockups and product in ANY way. For your cutomer to use my mockups there are two ways: they can download it from your shop with the design and the shop's watermak or they can buy their own. This is subject to change at any time by the owner of Mockupsdigital.

Do you use Photoshop to alter your mockups?

Some of my items have been altered (Photoshopped) to achieve a specific color.

Can I use your products to prompt an AI generated image?

Prohibited Usage of JPG Images: Customers are strictly prohibited from using the purchased JPG images to prompt or generate AI-generated images, including but not limited to systems similar to MIDJOUNEY AND STABLE DIFFUSION. This includes using the images as training data, datasets, or any other form of AI model stimulation. Violation of this policy may result in legal action and termination.
