The mirror will be in engraved with AKA and a name. The name can be your real name or line name. Please ensure that your spelling is correct as I’ll be copying and pasting from the personalization section.

The color shown is green glitter, pink pastel, and white.

You can add another phrase to the back (two words only). Please note that “EE” is a chapter in Memphis only list “PrettEE girl” if you’re a member of that chapter. The alternative spelling will be “ Pretty girl” if you wish to have that phrase.

The pearls and gems may vary depending on what’s in stock. They will match the colors selected.

All custom orders are made based on the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please make sure all names, dates, colors, wording, sizes, themes, and event details are correct before submitting your order.

Once an order has been started, changes may not be guaranteed. Any changes requested after production has begun may result in an additional fee or may require a new order, depending on the request.

Processing times are listed on each item and begin after all required order details have been received. Processing time does not include shipping time. Once an order has been shipped, delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of my control.

Customers are responsible for reading the full item description, reviewing processing times, and providing accurate information. I am not responsible for delays or errors caused by missing, incorrect, or incomplete order details.

For custom and personalized items, refunds, returns, or cancellations are not accepted once production has started. If there is an issue caused by my shop, I will gladly review it and work toward a fair resolution.

To maintain a respectful and professional experience, I reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before production begins if there are excessive changes, unclear communication, disrespectful messages, policy disputes, or concerns that the order cannot be completed successfully.

All communication regarding an order must remain on Etsy so there is a clear record of all order details and agreements. Messages sent through outside platforms may not be considered part of the official order record.
