Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

RETURNS: Items can be returned within 21 days of receiving the package. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. REFUNDS: Full refunds without returns will only be provided upon loss and damage during shipping or proof that there is a defect in the product differing to what is shown in the product listing. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations ARE allowed before an item has been dispatched. Items that have been dispatched need to be returned for a full refund.

Real flower pieces: these items are varnished with a heavy coat of resin and can sustain daily wear, but please do take care not to crush them, and do not wear them to sleep. Resin pieces: Please do not overexpose the pieces to sunlight. As well, please avoid extreme heat and sharp objects (like placing the jewelry in a bag with keys). Also, avoid harsh chemicals and oils. Sterling Silver, Bronze, alloy, 14k gold plated, etc: To keep these pieces in top condition, avoid prolonged exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after use to remove any dirt or oils. Store them in a dry, cool place to prevent tarnishing.

Shipping, Tracking, and Delivery Issues

Due to recent international shipping/tariff changes, returned packages may not be able to reach me for a refund once shipped. If an issue is caused by my mistake, such as the wrong item sent or an item arriving damaged, I will of course help with a refund, replacement, or fair compensation. If a package is returned, refused, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, unpaid import fees, failure to pick up, or carrier issue outside my control, I may not be able to offer a full refund.
