All designs are created and produced by Hooh.la Studio in Portugal.

Is this a physical product or a digital download?

All items in my shop are digital cross stitch patterns delivered instantly after purchase. No physical product will be shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will provide immediate access to your downloadable files.

Are your patterns beginner friendly?

Yes! Many of my patterns are designed with beginners in mind and include clear symbols and easy-to-follow charts. Please check the stitch count, finished size, number of colors, and stitches used in the individual listing to choose a suitable project. I offer designs for: 🌱 Beginners 🧵 Intermediate ✨ Experienced stitchers. Each listing includes information about stitch count and finished size so you can choose a project that matches your skill level.

What file formats will I receive?

Each pattern includes: PDF chart(s) Black-and-white symbol chart Color symbol chart DMC floss color guide Pattern Keeper compatible file (for supported devices) These files can be used digitally on your tablet or computer, or printed at home.

Can I print the pattern?

Absolutely! All pattern files are provided in high-quality PDF format and are designed to print clearly on standard home printers. You can also use the files digitally with apps such as Pattern Keeper for paperless stitching.

Can I sell finished items made from your patterns?

Yes! You are welcome to sell finished stitched pieces made from my patterns in small handmade quantities. Please do not resell, share, or distribute the pattern files themselves.

What pattern sizes do you offer?

What themes can I find in your shop?

I create original digital PDF cross stitch patterns in a wide range of themes. The largest collections include Christmas and Halloween designs, cross stitch bookmarks, samplers, and curated pattern bundles. You’ll also find personalized Christmas stockings, birth flower and botanical patterns, cats, dogs, birds and other animals, wedding and friendship keepsakes, Easter and spring designs, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day patterns, travel and city charts, medieval and fantasy motifs, and funny or sarcastic designs. All patterns are digital downloads with clear printable charts and a Pattern Keeper compatible file. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I download my files?

After Etsy confirms your payment, sign in to Etsy.com in a web browser and go to Your Account → Purchases and Reviews. Find your NeedleArtPoint order and select Download Files. Digital files cannot currently be downloaded through the Etsy app. On a phone or tablet, use Safari, Chrome, or another browser. If you purchased as a guest, use the download link in your receipt email from transaction@etsy.com. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders if you cannot find it. If the Download Files button is grey, your payment is still processing. If the download does not work, try another browser or a computer. Please contact me with your order number if you need assistance.
