Custom and personalised orders

If you would like to add a personalised message to a card, please make sure you select this option from the dropdown menu where offered. If this is not selected this will lead to your order being sent blank or cancelled. Personalisation requests in the "note to seller" box when checking out will not be printed.

When will you print my order?

I try my very best to dispatch orders within 24hours of receiving your order and payment. I work on a first come, first serve basis so busy periods can take a little longer. Orders will be dispatched within the time given on each individual listing. In the very unlikely event that something would delay your order being posted out from my end, I will get in touch with you to discuss the matter.

All orders are posted with first-class Royal Mail postage there is an option for next day delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm. All orders are dispatched within the time given on the listing. (Unless we are away then this will change and will be stated one each listing, please read the section below titled "What if you are away") Etsy estimate a delivery date through Royal Mails "aim" to get your item delivered within 1-2 working days after the day of dispatch. This is just an estimate from Etsy and an aim from Royal Mail, this is not a guarantee. Sadly I cannot guarantee delivery days and I cannot track orders so please order well in advance if you need an order for a particular date.

What if you are away?

If we are away or taking a break, this will be stated on our shop banner at the top of the page, our shop announcement, on each listing in the item description and the delivery details will show you an estimated delivery date. This means you can still order from us but the delivery dates and dispatch times will be different to our normal 1-2 day policy. It is your responsibility to check the delivery dates before purchasing. Please read all of the information on any listing on Etsy to make sure you have all of the information before buying.
