🧼 Cleaning & Care Instructions

All of our rugs — whether new or vintage — are thoroughly cleaned and ready to use upon delivery. New Rugs arrive in pristine condition and require no additional cleaning. Rugs have been professionally washed, cleaned, and restored before shipping, ensuring they’re fresh, hygienic, and in excellent shape. ✅ General Maintenance Vacuum regularly using suction only (no rotating brushes or beater bars). This helps remove surface dust and keeps the rug looking fresh. Rotate your rug every 6–12 months to ensure even wear and fading. 🚫 Avoid Harsh Chemicals Our rugs are dyed using natural, plant-based dyes. Using strong chemical cleaners or detergents may cause fading, discoloration, or damage to the wool pile.

We accept the following payment methods: All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) PayPal Wire Transfers Payoneer 💼 How Payment Works Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a PayPal invoice for the total amount. 👉 You do NOT need a PayPal account to complete the payment — PayPal simply acts as a secure payment gateway. (Orders placed over the weekend may take up to 2 days to ship.) Made To Order, allowing you to customize size, color, or design. Please note that made-to-order rugs typically take 20–35 days to complete, depending on complexity and size As soon as your rug is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. You may return your rug within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the process.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. Every monitor displays hues differently, and mobile screens — especially smartphones — tend to oversaturate colors, which can distort the true look of the rug. For the most accurate color representation, we recommend viewing our rug photos on a laptop or desktop monitor. If available, Apple MacBook screens (especially newer models) offer excellent color accuracy and are a reliable reference. If you’re unsure about a rug’s color, feel free to contact us for additional photos or natural lighting shots — we're happy to help!
