All items should be cleaned in cold water and by hand. In the case of washing them in a washing machine, a short program and always in cold water. It’s also very important to dry the pouch where it’s not in direct sunlight to prevent the colors from fading. They are products created by hand and therefore are more sensitive than any printed handbag, you just have to be a little more careful when using them.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are shipped carefully wrapped in tissue paper. If a message is included, it will be handwritten on a small card attached to the package by string. Items are shipped wrapped and decorated at no price.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders cannot be returned. Before sending your personalized item I will send you an image so that you can approve the product.

What happens if the shipping address listed on my order is incorrect?

If you place an order with an incorrect shipping address, you can send me a message to correct it, only if the order has not been shipped yet. If an order has already been shipped and does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order, unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund as it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.

CERTIFIED SHIPPING: certified shipping WITH TRACKING NUMBER. It is more expensive but it is worth paying a little more and knowing the status of the package at all times.
