Once the issue has been discussed, you can ship the item to our workshop for repair. The initial cost of shipping will be covered by the buyer, but once the fixed item is ready to be sent back we will cover the return postage.
This warranty does not cover damage, scuffs, scratches, dents, or any other wear and tear caused by the purchaser.
