If you are unsure which size to select, you are welcome to send us your measurements for assistance prior to placing your order.
For a made-to-measure garment, please choose the “Custom Size” option and contact us to receive detailed measurement instructions. We will produce your dress according to the measurements provided and send you photos of the completed item for approval before shipment.
After you approve the dress and the order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any fit issues, as long as the item has been made according to the measurements you supplied (since we are unable to take measurements in person). Our responsibility is to follow your measurements precisely and provide confirmation images prior to shipping.
Custom requests may incur an additional charge ranging from 10% to 70% of the item price, depending on the level of complexity.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and return the item within 21 days
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags attached
The return package must be shipped to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours after all return conditions have been met
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee of 20%–40%

For exchanges involving a different item (including a different color), any price difference will need to be covered.
