How do I access my files?

Your files will be available for download automatically once payment is confirmed. You can find them in your Etsy account under the 'Purchases and Reviews' section. How do I print the files?

You can print the files: 1.Print at home using your own printer. 2.Local Print Shop: Email or bring your files to a local store like Staples, Costco, FedEx Kinko's, or Office Depot. 3.Online Printing Services: Upload your files to websites like Shutterfly, Mpix, WHCC, or Prodpi to have them delivered to your door.

Can I get a different size of the print?

Absolutely! I offer free resizing for all digital prints. If you need a specific dimension not listed, simply leave a note in the "Add a note to seller" box during checkout with your required measurements. I will resize the artwork and send a new download link directly to your Etsy messages.

What printable file will I receive?

You will receive 5 high-resolution JPEG files cropped to fit various standard frame sizes. Please refer to the specific listing description for detailed size ratios and dimensions.

We often get questions on how to frame the print we sell. While you can take a print to the framing shop- this is not always an affordable option. WHERE TO PURCHASE FRAMES UK 1. Ikea- offer the largest range of frames. Look out for conversions as they sell frames in centimetres rather than in inches. 2 Wilkinsons- best for budgets, great range of sizes and frame colours. 4.Tesco- less choice but their frames are good quality and mostly come with mounts. 5. Habitat- not as cheap as others but you get what you pay for! You will notice that frames always state the size of the frame and the size of the mount aperture (or window!)inside. Take time to read these before purchase.

What paper should i use?

This is a matter of personal preference, but for the best results, I recommend using heavyweight matte paper or white satin paper. If printing professionally, ask for: Ultra-white cardstock Fine art paper (250gsm or higher)

How to open a zip file?

If you're using WINDOWS: Right click on the zip folder, then choose "Extract all.." (remember where you save the files, so can easy find the files later on your PC) If you're using MAC: Double click the zip folder. Create a new folder, and move the zip into there. Then use terminal and the command line "unzip" command
