If you are purchasing a template it is an Instant Download. Your orders are instantly available once your payment is confirmed. To access your digital files from your Etsy account: 1. Sign in to Etsy and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and Reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. Or you can check your email account that is linked to Etsy; and you will have an email from etsy that will take you to your download button.

Why I received a PDF with a link instead of my files?

If your purchase is a customizable template; then you need to be directed to the the editing program ( Canva for this shop ) in order to edit.

Why can't I access my download ?

If you are on your phone; some devices do not have the capability to download a pdf. If this is your issue; try logging into to Etsy on your desktop. You should see the download button available once you are on your desktop.

Why is Canva telling me I don't have access to my template ?

You are probably trying to create or login to your Canva account with a different e-mail address than is associated with your Etsy account. You must use the email address you have linked to your Etsy account in order to access your template on Canva.

What exactly can I edit in my template ?

I leave all my templates as open edits. Which means the customer is allowed to edit everything I am able to edit. MY NUMBER ONE GOAL IN MY SHOP IS EASE OF USE FOR MY CUSTOMERS ! And I believe leaving it this way is the best way to assure this. ***That being said ...there are some items you cant change. Most backgrounds and all clipart COLORS are not editable. You CAN remove change the size, and duplicate them. *** I hope this is clearly explained ! If you still have questions ... please reach out !

How can I share my template?

1. You can be old school like me: and print them out and send in the mail. 2. You can download to your phone; and send it digitally.

Why does my template look skewed ( messed up ) when I download it as a pdf ?

Honestly, I wish I could tell you ! This is something new to me that is happening with a few of my templates reported by customers unfortunately. I am trying very hard to work with Canva as why is this happening ? ** Until I have a fix ; please download of a PNG or JPEG if you are having issues when downloaded as a PDF. *** If this does not resolve your issue; please reach out !! I will make sure your template is downloaded as shown !
