Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we accept returns on most items! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom items may not be returnable (case-by-case basis). Buyer is responsible for return shipping; we'll cover the cost of sending a replacement for exchanges. We want you to love your purchase! If there’s an issue, just reach out and we’ll work with you to make it right.

I have recieved a wrong item. What should I do?

Oops! If we sent the wrong product or size, please send a photo and message us within 15 days. We’ll send out the correct item at no additional charge.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or edit your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, it goes into production and changes may not be possible.

How long will it take to get my order?

Processing: 2–5 business days Shipping (USA): 3–7 business days via USPS International: 1–4 weeks depending on customs We always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible!

Can I request custom designs or bulk orders?

Absolutely! We love personalizing orders and working on bulk products. Message us with your idea and we’ll be happy to help.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t get it.

Start by checking with your neighbors and local USPS office. If the package is still missing, let us know—we can help you figure out next steps and, if needed, offer a discounted replacement.

Will my item look exactly like the listing photo?

We use mockups to represent designs on different shirt colors and styles. Slight variations in color and print placement may occur, but the overall look will be as pictured. Want a real-life photo? Message us—we’re happy to help.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

We don't currently offer physical gift wrap, but you can add a gift message at checkout! We’ll include it on the packing slip, and no prices will be shown.
