This vintage camel color wool fur felt cloche hat by Miss Alice is so adaptable! The super soft felt can be molded and shaped into so many different looks. It's a well-made hat as evidenced by the hand finishing with tiny, precise stitches. The black woven band is finished with a raw ribbon edge. It also has fun black wide stitch embroidery around the top of the crown and brim edge.

It has a Bonwit Teller store label, an American luxury department store that opened a branch in Cleveland, Ohio in 1949.
There's a small amount of makeup on the inner grosgrain ribbon band. Also, just a tiny bit of discoloration on the underside of the brim. (Visible if the front of the brim is turned back.) It is a size 22 that fits fine on my 21 1/2 inch head.
A great hat for your collection or to wear with a favorite fall/winter outfit. Dress it up or pair it with a casual outfit to make your own statement.
