Where do my items ship from and how fast is delivery?

To ensure the fastest delivery, we partner with a global network of professional printing hubs. Your order is automatically routed to the printing facility closest to your delivery address (including the UK, US, Europe, and Australia). Because it prints locally, standard shipping typically takes only 2–5 business days after processing. Please note that your tracking info may show dispatch from your local region rather than our main office.

Can I cancel or change my order after purchasing?

Because our storefront uses a fully automated processing system, your order is transmitted directly to our local print partner the moment it is finalized. Production begins instantly, meaning we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or address updates once an order is placed. Please double-check all details and shipping addresses before completing your checkout.

EU, UK & Global Return Policy

Under EU/UK law, buyers can return standard, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right of withdrawal, notify us via Etsy Messages within 14 days. Buyers are strictly responsible for tracked international return postage costs to our main office in Australia. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of notification, unused and in original condition; buyers are liable for any loss in value. We will refund the item price and standard outbound shipping upon receiving the item or proof of return. Custom, personalized, and digital items are legally exempt from returns.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?

While our partners maintain strict quality control, structural or printing damages can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please message us immediately with a clear photo of the issue, including any defective packaging. We will gladly arrange for a free replacement to be printed and dispatched from the local hub right away.
