Are your gemstones natural or lab created?

We only source natural gemstones and will never use any lab created, manufactured, doublet, triplet, glass or plastic stones. Some stones may have accepted industry treatments to reduce inclusions or help with coloring, but the stones will always be 100% grown by Mother Nature!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items come in a beautiful and simple jewelry box along with a card stating what the stone is, care instructions, and a free cleaning cloth. Gift wrapping is available upon request.

Do you have a restocking fee for returned items?

Yes, we charge a $8 restocking fee for Earrings and Pendants and $25 on rings to cover costs of the original shipping price, sizing and handling fees. Thank you for your understanding. We also charge up to 10% of the original listing price for any item that is late being returned to us. Non return of cleaning cloth is an added $2 and a non return of the provided jewelry box is an added $2 as well. Returns of custom orders and requested changes of items already made will have a fee of $20 for restocking, labor and shipping.

Wrong Address was given during purchase.

We are unfortunately not responsible for delivery to a wrong address and will not issue a refund for a wrong address delivery. If an item ships before the correct address is given to us, we will do our best to have the package recalled, but there are no guarantees that we can stop it. The buyer is also responsible for any costs involved with recalling the package.

How are you handling Covid?

Luckily we are a stay at home business and can control things a bit easier. We ensure every item is sterilized, cleaned and then polished before being packed up to help put everyone at ease. If you have any questions or concerns about our handling of the Covid Pandemic please do not hesitate to reach out.

Where is my order? Shipping taking a long time.

We know it is frustrating and disappointing to have a late delivery! During the holiday season and most likely a while after that, the USPS along with other shipping carriers have seen an unprecedented upswing in shipping which are causing massive delays. All of our orders include tracking numbers and if you see that the item hasn't moved in a few days, we recommend opening up an inquiry or missing mail search with the USPS. We are also most happy to help and will do the same on our end. We are doing our best on having 1-2 day turnarounds on orders to help with the shipping delays.

What are your requirements for returning items?

We must be contacted for within 7 days of delivery about a return and the product must be received within 14 days of the delivery. If an item is sent to us without prior knowledge, it may be refused and returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and all items must be returned in either a shipping box or padded envelope in the original gift box the pieces were received. If the item is not returned in its original condition or any inserts missing, the buyer is responsible for any damages or loss in value and costs. Any item not returned in a shipping box or padded envelope will be refused and returned as will any return that was not agreed upon before the items were sent back.

Can you reserve items?

Yes, we are happy to reserve items for anyone. Our limit is two weeks maximum and the item will be taken off of reserve unless a specific date is agreed upon and approved. Reserved items are not elidgible for future sale prices nor can a sale price be reserved for purchase at a later time.
