How long is the production time for rugs?

Each rug is handmade. Production time is about 7–10 business days. Larger sizes or more complex designs may take longer.

When will my order ship, and when will it arrive?

I ship as soon as your rug is completed. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method; delays may occur during holidays/peak seasons.

Do you offer custom sizes/colors/designs?

Yes (depending on the item). Please message me before ordering to confirm details, pricing, and timeline.

Tracking shows “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?

Please double-check your address, neighbors/front desk, and any delivery photo if available. If still missing, contact me and I’ll help investigate.

What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?

For damage, please contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. If a parcel is confirmed lost, I’ll offer a replacement or refund case-by-case.

The Christmas Green yarn arrived fast. It’s a dark green with a strand of glowing material running throughout. This has a really cool effect of showing the twists and turns of the stitches, and in the case of this doll, her braid. It’s on the thick side of 2 mm.

I think optical green is my favorite of the colors I ordered. It arrived fast. It’s very soft and glows so bright. It’s the skin color of this mermaid doll. All of the light in this photo comes from the yarn (and glowing hair ribbon) exposed to a bright light for about fifteen minutes. (Dress—pumpkin, hair/ eyes—Christmas green—skin—optical green, and lips—purple) Thank you!

The pumpkin yarn arrived quickly and in excellent shape. While glowing, it’s more subtle than the other yarns I ordered. But in this photo, all of the light is from the yarn (and a small glowing hair ribbon) and from the spots where the yarn was exposed to a bright light for about fifteen minutes. The yarn is on the thick side of 2mm. It’s a little stiff, but knits up to a nice texture. And the results are so much fun! Thank you.
