What makes the wallet case different from other cases is that there is a storage space for pocket money and cards. A customer can store up to three cards inside the case. Really convenient if a customer doesn’t want to bring their wallet with them and with everything in one place, you’re less likely to forget or lose your important items.

- We print the designs with care; they're not carved in.

Our Return and Refund Policy 🔄
- We cannot refund or exchange if you make a mistake.
- If you change your mind or order by mistake, you can cancel within 4 hours after placing the order.
- If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match the description, you can request a refund. However, shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Before requesting a refund, you must send a private message on Etsy with high-quality photos showing the product or design defect. The defect must be clearly visible and described. If the phone case does not fit your phone model, you must provide a photo showing the case on your phone and a photo of your phone model.

Shipping Policy 📦
- We send shipments to the address provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect, no refund will be issued, and the customer will bear all additional costs.
- If the delivery company fails to deliver the package to the correct location despite the address being correct, we will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue. However, the customer assumes the risk and all associated costs if the delivery cannot be completed.
- If the customer is not home at the time of delivery and the package is returned, no refund will be issued. We can arrange a redelivery for an additional fee.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide a phone number when placing the order so that the delivery person can contact them.
- Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, unexpected weather conditions, and other unforeseen risks such as strikes, natural disasters, or transport disruptions. These situations may cause delays that are beyond our control.
