We ship from Lithuania (EU) via tracked mail. Estimated times after dispatch: USA & Canada: 7–14 business days (Express: 2–5 days). Europe: 5–10 business days (Express: 1–3 days). Australia & NZ: 2–4 weeks (Express: 4–6 days).

Standard Items: Returns accepted for plain, unworn veils/capes in original packaging. Final Sale (Non-returnable): Custom orders/lengths, hand-applied pearls/crystals, colored veils (except White, Soft White, Ivory, Black), silk flowers, and earrings. See individual listings for eligibility. Fees: 1. Buyer covers all return shipping costs. 2. US Orders: For "Free Shipping" returns, a $15 fee is deducted from the refund to cover original shipping and non-refundable prepaid import duties/taxes.

How will my order be packaged?

We pack every item with care to ensure it arrives in perfect, ready-to-wear condition: Embellished Items: Tiaras, headbands, and pearl/crystal veils are shipped in sturdy, elegant boxes for maximum protection and beautiful presentation. Minimalist Veils: Light, plain veils are shipped in strong, eco-friendly padded envelopes or slim boxes. This keeps shipping costs reasonable and reduces environmental impact without compromising safety. Gifts: Special gift packaging is available upon request—simply leave a note for us at checkout.

Care Instructions & Product Safety

To reduce paper waste, detailed care instructions are sent via Etsy message immediately after your purchase. These will guide you on how to properly hang and store your item before the wedding. Safety Information: Fire Safety: All fabric products are NOT fireproof. Keep away from candles, heaters, and open flames. Child Safety: Long veils, sashes, and ribbons can pose a strangulation or trip risk. Never leave children unattended with these items. Small Parts: Hand-applied pearls, crystals, or small embellishments may detach if the item is damaged or handled roughly. Age Restriction: Our products contain small parts and are not toys. They are not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Keep out of reach of infants and young children.

Shipping Address & Deliveries

What if my shipping address is wrong? If you suspect the address provided is incorrect, please message us immediately. If the package has already been dispatched and is returned to us by the carrier, we will be happy to reship it, but the buyer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Inspection & Damage Policy

What should I do when my order arrives? Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If there are any errors or damages (excluding damage caused during transit by the carrier), you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. After this 3-day inspection period, any damages or issues become the buyer’s responsibility.

Do I need to pay import tariffs if I’m in the US?

No. For all orders shipping to the United States, we use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. This means all import duties, customs fees, and taxes are fully prepaid by us at the time of shipping. The price you see at checkout is your final and total cost. You can shop with confidence, knowing there will be no surprise bills or "postage due" notices upon delivery. We handle all the paperwork so your veil arrives directly to your door without any hassle.

I made this ivory Chrysanthemum flower from Japanese silk using a traditional somebana-inspired technique. Every detail is entirely handmade: each petal is individually cut from silk, dyed in soft ivory tones and shaped with millinery tools to create a sculptural, organic form.

Perfect for a bride, bridesmaids or flower girl at a wedding, as a photo prop, dance accessory, prom piece or a meaningful birthday gift.
It is also beautifully worn as a statement brooch on coats, dresses or used in editorial and art photography.
