I am so sorry you run into trouble. I test print all my files but can only go off the filament and printers I use. This is also why I find it so important to share images of my made file printed, so others can see how they are meant to turn out. Unfortunately this may have be a printer or filament issue, however a quick message and I would have been more then happy to work thru the issue with you. These kinds of things can be out of our control but I will always go above and beyond for my customers to either correct your prints or make things right, But I appreciate your honest feedback.
