One of my items arrived damaged, so I worked with the seller to have a replacement sent. The first replacement had the wrong names on it. I had a second replacement sent, and it just arrived with the wrong names AGAIN. It was sent directly to my in-laws since it was a gift, and it’s disappointing and embarrassing to have them continue to receive the wrong item. The seller was kind, but it didn’t feel genuine since the issue was never resolved. She said they would review the second replacement to ensure it was correct before it shipped, but clearly that didn’t happen. Personally, I would not purchase again.
