Custom and personalized orders

The processing time of custom orders may take longer than advertised. Every order is handled as custom order so we can not accept returns and not able to refund them.

Please make sure you order the correct size by looking at the size chart. No returns or exchanges since all items are made to order.

Broken / damaged item

Please make sure to inform us in 48 hours after you received your order. Requests over 48 hours can not be accepted.

We accept address change requests within 4 hours after you placed your order. All you need to do is sending a convo. Please note that after purchase there is no option to modify the address in the system, so even if we are able to send your order to the new address, all the notifications will show the old one.

Please make sure to add the correct address with your phone number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to invalid/incomplete/incorrect address. You may need to pay again for the reshipping if the cause of the delivery failure was incorrect address. If the phone number of the recipient is not provided / the recipient is not available at the address we can not take responsibility either.

I haven't received my item

First we need to make sure that you added the right address. Please note that investigation of lost packages may take up to 30 days so refunds can issued after the investigation is closed. If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it you will need to contact your local post office for assistance. Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Current turnaround time is 10-15 business days with standard shipping. While we can’t officially guarantee that all orders will be delivered in time and can't take responsibility for delays caused by forwarder companies.

Gift wrapping and messages

Lost ornament package (international letter Canada, EU, etc.)

For international packages, we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. This rule applies to ornaments. For other products (tumbler, mug, etc.) we will resend the package.
