Where are orders shipped from?

Etsy states "Ships from: Minneapolis, MN," but the store is based in Poland. How can I determine the expected delivery time for my package? Most of my store's products are shipped from a warehouse in Minnesota that I collaborate with, although I create my pieces in my cozy home workshop. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days if you purchase this item. Shipping details for each journal are in the photos and the “Shipping and Return Policies” listing.

Closing the Order & Cancellation

- Order processing usually takes 1-3 days. - You'll receive an email notification once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be included in the email shortly after. Rest assured, your order is on its way! - If you've accidentally purchased the wrong item, please contact me immediately. I may be able to cancel your order before it ships and avoid any additional charges. - Once your order has been shipped (track number added), I cannot cancel it and make a refund.

Non-receipt of Package & Missed delivery

If the tracking information shows that the parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please ask your family members if they received it. It’s also a good idea to check with your neighbors in case the parcel was delivered to them by mistake. If the postal service was unable to deliver your package through no fault of its own, or if the order had an incorrect address, the items will only be reshipped once the buyer has paid for the re-delivery.

Price difference refund

The price difference refund is not applicable in the store, as it is a handmade shop.

Cleaning: * Gently wipe away dust with a soft, dry cloth. * For light stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water. Be sure to wring out excess water before cleaning the cover. * For more stubborn stains, try using a mild stain remover designed for fabric. Test a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not affect the fabric. * Avoid Harsh Chemicals. Storage & Handling: * The journals are NOT designed FOR PURSE portability. * Avoid placing items on the journal to protect the cover. * To prevent warping, store your journal flat or upright on a shelf. * Keep your journal away from water and humidity to prevent mildew and damage. * Be mindful when handling your journal to avoid snags or tears in the fabric.

Custom and personalized orders

I am happy to accept custom orders if I am able to fulfill your request. However, I reserve the right to decline a custom order if I determine that I am unable to create the desired product or if I have a high workload. This policy ensures that I can provide all of my customers with the highest quality products and services. Personalized and Remodeled Items Please note that I do not offer personalization or remodeling of items. The majority of the items you see are in stock in the US, and I am unable to make changes to them.

Do the paper clips that were holding the pages back in the pictures come with the journal?

No, I use paper clips just to hold pages. Not for sale. I bought it at Prima Marketing Co.. You might be able to find them here.
