Base Ingredients in All Kits:
Sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, GF baking powder, kosher sea salt, and granulated sugar.
Additional Ingredients by Mix:
• Pretzel, Cookie, Pancake & Donut Mixes: brown sugar, baking soda
• Sourdough & Pretzel: organic psyllium husk
• Snickerdoodle: cinnamon, cream of tartar
• Chocolate Chip Cookie: semi-sweet chocolate chips

Great product! I actually was not patient enough or understand how GF sourdough works; so I bought two and managed to NOT do them correctly! However, I DO love the name of the starter and I fed her and she grew BEAUTIFULLY. My husband named her Elizabread Taylor; in honor of her mother.

I love the name! sourdough is a process and I can’t tell you the number of loaves I completely failed at until I got them right, & sometimes she is still fickle & decides it’s not her day lol
