Just as promised design and product, great customer service and communication except for one detail. The company is listed as US based, but the item ships from overseas which required additional duties needing to be paid. The company did reimburse the fees but it should be clearly stated at the onset that the item ships from overseas.

Bait and switch. Tried to charge me $775 for two signs. Individual corresponding had a difficult time with the English language.
