1. Why can´t I download my pattern?

You can´t download the pattern from the Etsy app, you must open it in a web browser. Please, download the pdf file from the email Etsy has sent you or sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer; the pattern is saved in “Purchases and Reviews” in “Your account”.

2. How can I download my pattern if I don´t have an Etsy account?

If you have purchased the pattern as a guest, you´ll find a link to download it in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.

3. Can you send the pattern to me in the mail?

No. This item is a digital pattern. Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will immediately send you the pattern by email. You´ll also be able to access the pattern in your Etsy account in the “Purchases and Reviews” section.

4. How can I print the pattern?

You can print the pattern on A4 paper on your printer at home. You must have a pdf reader on your computer to open and print the patterns. In the “Downloads” folder on your computer, open the pdf file and set your printer to 100%.

5. Do I need a sewing machine?

If using a sewing machine the seams will be stronger. However, you can sew the stuffed animal by hand if you prefer and it´ll turn out great too.

6. Do I need any special material?

You can find the list of materials required to make each stuffed animal in the item details, as well as in the corresponding pdf. In general, these are ordinary sewing materials such as fabrics, threads, embroidery threads, stuffing, fabric marking pen, needles, scissors, pins.

7. Does the pattern have any instruction in order to be able to follow it?

The pdf pattern includes easy to follow instructions and many photos that will guide you step by step so you´ll be able to craft the stuffed animal. You can also contact me if you need it. I´ll be pleased to help you.

8. Can I sell products made from your patterns?

You are free to sell finished toys made from my patterns provided the item is handmade by you and not mass produced, and you give written credit to Cocomi Patterns as the designer. A link back to my shop (https://cocomipatterns.etsy.com) is greatly appreciated. You may not, under any circumstances, share, redistribute, sell, edit, reproduce in anyway (either electronically or in printed form) nor claim my patterns, or any part of them (including associated photos, instructions) as your own. All patterns from my shop are registered.

9. What clothing items can be used and how many are needed to make a memory bear?

I can create memory bears using baby clothing such as pajamas, bodysuits, swaddles and blankets, as well as adult clothing like shirts, dresses and similar garments. I usually need around 15 pieces of baby clothing, or 3 muslin blankets, or about 2 adult shirts or dresses. I’ll send you an email to finalize the details once you place your order. • If you do not have enough clothing, I can carefully add coordinating fabrics from my own collection at no extra cost. • If you prefer not to send clothing at all, you can purchase the “Purchase Fabric Upgrade” listing and I will create your keepsake using fabrics from my own collection. We will discuss your preferences together before I begin.

10. How does the shipping and processing of the keepsake bear work?

• After placing your order, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the address where your clothing should be sent. The cost of shipping the clothing to me is the customer’s responsibility, and tracked shipping is highly recommended. • Your clothing must arrive within 3 weeks of purchase, otherwise the order may need to be canceled due to Etsy processing deadlines. • Once I receive your clothing, your memory bear is lovingly handmade and usually takes around 3–4 weeks to complete, depending on current order volume. I will keep you updated throughout the process. • Because these items are so precious and irreplaceable, all finished keepsakes are shipped with tracked shipping for extra peace of mind.
