I absolutely love these thumbnails! They are so easy to use and have made such a difference for my YouTube channel. They make it so much easier to create eye-catching content and draw attention to my videos. I also love how easy they are to download and use. The fact that she provides both a finished product and an editable version is such a great bonus! I’ve already purchased about 6 or 7 items, and I can’t wait to order more. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for beautiful, professional, and easy-to-use YouTube thumbnails!

Please note that this item requires Canva for customization. After purchasing, you will need to use the Canva app to replace the displayed face with your own. Some Canva features may require a Canva Pro subscription or an additional payment, depending on the editing tools used.

Response from Nay SayHers

Hi Kaleya, thank you for your feedback. The listing clearly states that this is a Canva template. However, Canva Pro is not required to use this template, as all of the design elements are custom-made rather than Canva Pro assets. I also opened the exact template you’re referring to and was unable to replicate the issue you described. If you’re seeing a prompt for Canva Pro or an additional payment, could you please send me a screenshot or let me know which specific element is causing it? I’d be happy to help troubleshoot.
