- Free Domestic Shipping: All jewelry items in our shop are shipped FREE within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage with insurance.

- Upgraded Shipping: If you’d like to upgrade to Priority Mail (2-5 business days) or Express Mail (1-3 business days), you can do so during checkout.

- Order Fulfillment: Shipping time does NOT include fulfillment time. It takes us approximately 1-2 business days to process, pack & ship orders. If you need your item by a certain date, please message us for expedited options!

- Incorrect Mailing Addresses: Please triple check your shipping address! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address. If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, you will have the option to pay for us to re-ship it, or you can receive a refund MINUS the original shipping cost that we paid to get it to you.

- Delayed Packages: Per Etsy policy, sellers aren’t responsible for shipping delays once a package is in transit. Unfortunately, we have no control after handing your order to the carrier. USPS Priority Express is the only guaranteed service - if it arrives late, we can likely file a claim and refund you the shipping cost if and when the carrier reimburses us.

If you live in a rural area or are concerned about the package reaching you on time, we recommend upgrading your shipping to Priority Express!

- Lost Packages: Per Etsy’s policies, sellers are not responsible for shipments that are lost by USPS or independent shipping companies. This is the reason we choose to protect you with shipping insurance! If your item is confirmed lost by the carrier (which is very rare), we will open up a case with USPS so that we can refund you for the lost item once the claim is approved and we have received reimbursement.



🎨 C U S T O M I Z A T I O N 🎨

All customized pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once any customization work - such as engraving, stone setting, resizing, polishing, or other bench alterations - is completed, the item becomes permanently personalized and cannot be resold. Please carefully review and confirm all details, including spelling, dates, and formatting, before approving your proof.
We’re happy to provide mockups, font previews and layout examples upon request before finalizing. Turnaround time for customized orders is typically 1-2 weeks, depending on the scope of work.

- Return Time Period: We accept returns on items that are not customized, engraved or sized as long as they are initiated within 7 days of receipt and received no later than 14 days after receipt. If you are giving an item as a gift and need a longer return window, message us - we’re happy to provide options! Customized/engraved/sized items are final sale.

- Return Condition: All items must be returned in original condition and interior packaging (Pippi + Oliver box and bag) or may be subject to fees associated with the cost of restoration or replacing the interior packaging.

- Shipping Cost Reimbursement: We pay to ship & insure all orders via USPS Ground Advantage at no cost to you, so if you choose to return your order, you will receive a refund less the original shipping price we paid to get your order to you. It will be deducted from your refund (typically about $13).

- Return Shipping Cost: Buyer is responsible for return shipment of item. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. For your convenience we can email you a prepaid return label and deduct the cost (typically about $13) from your refund.

Restocking Fee: Returns are especially challenging for high-value, secondhand, one-of-a-kind items made up of multiple parts. While many vintage fine jewelry shops are final sale, we’ve chosen to offer returns with a 15% restocking fee. This helps cover the time and care that go into processing, packing, and shipping each order - as well as the risk we take on by offering returns.

This policy is important for a few key reasons:
Time: Each order takes significant time to process, clean, prep, pack and ship, and while it’s temporarily with you and not listed in our shop, we lose that opportunity to sell it.

Condition: Condition is highly subjective with vintage jewelry. Every piece we sell is pre-owned and has lived a long life before reaching us. You may see tiny scratches, dents, nicks, kinks, fading, discoloration, or other signs of wear that naturally occur in metal over time. We do our best to describe each item accurately and include close-up photos from every angle, but you may still notice something we don’t - it’s all part of the charm and individuality of vintage jewelry!

Our risk: As sellers of high-value secondhand jewelry, we run the inherent risk of tampering. Each piece often includes components such as stones, findings, and intricate settings that can be difficult or impossible to replace individually. Because of this, even minor tampering or part removal can significantly affect the integrity and value of the jewelry.



❌ CANCELLATIONS ❌

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase OR prior to shipping, whichever occurs first. If you try to cancel an order after we have already shipped it, you will be responsible for return shipping cost as well as the original shipping cost. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

- You are purchasing antique, vintage or estate jewelry that has been owned by others. All items have a history and will show some wear and signs of age. It’s all part of the charm and what makes each piece unique! Items may have scratches, chips, dents, kinks, tarnish, dirt, etc.

We make every effort to disclose and describe anything and everything we notice about a piece with our naked eye in the listing, however, in addition, we ask that you use our photos as part of the item description - if a detail of the jewelry can be seen in the photos, it is considered disclosed.
