Production for our custom woven pieces typically takes up to 6 business days since each item is made to order. After production, shipping within the US usually takes another 2-5 business days. On average, you can expect your blanket to arrive about 10 days after you place your order.

Can I make changes or stop my order after purchasing?

To ensure your custom blanket reaches you as quickly as possible, we send orders to our production team shortly after they are received. Because of this, cancellations or changes must be requested within a maximum of 6 hours after purchase. Once that window has passed and the weaving process has begun, we are unable to stop the order. If you notice a mistake, please message us immediately and we will do our best to assist you if the 6-hour window is still open.
