The bag itself is fantastic. However I did have some issues with shipping. I reached out to the seller and we got it back out on the road, however I was promised a full refund for the inconvenience, and it was never received. The bag is good, I just don't appreciate being lied to. I didn't ask for a refund, I was offered it, and it was not given to me. Just would've appreciated actual clarification and honesty regarding that. I did get full transparency with the shipping issue, and that was resolved relatively quickly.

The package arrived earlier than expected and I'm very happy! It's really cute and looks very much like a magical book. I recommend it for all manga or fantasy fans! The bag has enough space for several manga or comics, but unfortunately only for one hardcover book (so it depends on how thick the book is).
