How long will it take for me to receive my order?

For smaller items that ship via courier, Etsy will automatically provide you with an accurate shipping timeline when you place an order. As a general rule, such items will ship in 2-5 business days; on occasion (for example, when we are traveling) we will bump that window up to 6-8 days to ensure we can ship items within the timeline provided when you order. Larger items that ship white glove may take several weeks to ship. We can expedite this if you are willing to pay a premium for shipping. Hand delivered items in the NYC area we can usually arrange to bring to you within a week of ordering. If you need something quickly, please message us directly to let us know, and we can work with you to make it happen.

Can I order an item if I can’t receive it for several weeks?

We are happy to hold small items (such as decor) after ordering for up to 3 months or until you’re available to receive them. Bulky items (furniture) we are able to store free of charge after order for up to two weeks. After that, we charge a storage fee on such items.

Can I place a hold on an item to buy later?

We can hold items up to 24 hours. Please message directly if you’d like us to reserve an item for you.

Where do you find pieces?

We scour antique stores, flea markets, estate sales, auctions, thrifts, and our wonderful network of vintage dealers and aficionados across the country.

How do I take care of my new vintage item?

It depends! 😀 Please reach out and ask us directly; we are happy to guide you in appropriate cleaning and maintenance.

Can you source a special piece for me?

We can try! Let us know if you’re looking for something in particular. We may be able to track it down.

Do you offer reupholstery?

Yes. We can arrange reupholstery in the fabric of your choice for any of the items in our shop; we will either do it ourselves or, for large and complicated projects, contract it out with one of several trusted expert upholsterers.

Do you do refinishing?

We do all of our own refinishing work. As time allows, we also take on refinishing and repair jobs, including caning and weaving on chairs; please feel free to reach out if you have a piece that needs a glow up.

Iconic Danish modern dining chairs in teak and Danish cord designed in 1974 by JH Moller for JL Moller Co. This chair, the #404, has a pleasingly solid, rectilinear frame which is elevated and complemented by the paper cord seats; indicating engagement with later modern/postmodern aesthetic. Finger joint detailing on arms. Excellent condition with vintage patina. Seats have been rewoven.
