Set your monthly and annual profit goals, so your Airbnb budget always has a target to work against. Formulas are protected by default so nothing breaks by accident, and you can unlock them if you want to change more. Need custom colours or extra sections? Message me and I will quote it for you.

- Do I need to know formulas? No. Type in your bookings and bills and the totals, overviews and charts fill in.
- Does it connect to Airbnb or my bank? No. You type in your own numbers, so nothing is linked to an app.
- Can I track more than one property? Yes. List each property on the Setup Data tab and every booking and bill is sorted by property.
- What happens at the end of the year? Record each property's income and expenses on the 5 Years Input tab, clear the trackers and start the new year. Your five-year history stays on the dashboard.
- How do I get it? Download the files from your Etsy purchases in a web browser. Open the Excel file, or follow the link in the PDF for Google Sheets.
