Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift wrapping or gift cards at this time. All orders include a tracking number. The tracking number will be added to your order and will also be sent to you via email. No invoices are included in orders.

We send proofs for every order. You have unlimited revision rights. Once you approve the proof, your order will be sent for production.

How do I send my photo?

You can send your photo via Etsy messages or by emailing your order number and photo to patelpawsgifts@gmail.com. There is no limit to the number of photos you can send. No extra charge for sending multiple photos.

We can do any living creatures! So far, we have created illustrations for both pets and people.

Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address or cancel the order before it is sent for production. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Feel free to contact us with any questions about your order. Thank you!
