We prepare and post your order with care from our little corner of Yorkshire. Most items are dispatched the next working day after your order is placed. Every parcel leaves our farm carefully wrapped and quality-checked, so it arrives ready to gift.

At checkout, you can choose from a range of trusted shipping options:

United Kingdom
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: approx. 2 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: approx. 1 working day
• FedEx UK / UPS: Next working day (Mon–Fri)

International
• Royal Mail International Tracked: 7–10 working days

REPLACEMENTS
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please reach out within 90 days of receiving your item. Just send us a message here on Etsy with your order number and a brief description of the issue, photos are helpful if something arrived damaged.

If we’ve made a mistake in personalisation or production, or if your item has been damaged in transit, we’ll happily arrange a replacement. In some cases, we may ask for the original item to be returned to us in its received condition.

For non-personalised items, replacements are offered only if the product is faulty or damaged.
