What makes this clock a perfect gift?

Each clock is a one-of-a-kind piece of functional art, handmade from naturally aged olive wood with rich, flowing grain that no two trees share. It's a memorable gift for weddings, anniversaries, housewarmings, and birthdays — something beautiful that's used and loved every single day, not tucked away in a drawer. Want it personalized? Just message me.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! You can choose your size, epoxy color (one or several), and indicator style. You can even send me a photo of a design you love and I'll create something similar while keeping the natural uniqueness of olive wood. Message me to start a custom order — I'm happy to help bring your idea to life.

What materials do you use?

Solid olive wood milled from the trunk (where the grain is richest — never cheap branch wood), paired with premium epoxy resin. Each piece is hand-sanded and finished with a high-quality natural hardwax oil that protects the wood and brings out its character, while staying safe and eco-friendly.

Is the clock noisy? Does it tick?

No. Every clock uses a premium silent (non-ticking) quartz movement — no annoying ticking sound. Perfect for a bedroom, office, or any quiet space.

How long does shipping take, and are there any customs fees?

Each clock is handmade to order (production takes about 3–5 business days), then ships via UPS and typically arrives within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. As for customs: US buyers pay no customs fees or import duties — we cover them on our end, so the price you see is the price you pay. International orders may be subject to customs, import duties, or local taxes (for example, VAT in the EU), which are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local import rules before ordering.

Why do I need to add my phone number at checkout?

Your phone number goes on the shipping label so the courier (UPS, USPS, DHL) can reach you if there's a delivery question — and, for international orders, if it's needed for customs clearance. It helps prevent delays and is never used for marketing.

Will my clock look exactly like the photos?

The design and quality will match, but olive wood is a living, natural material — the grain, color, knots, and live edges vary from piece to piece. Small cracks and curves are part of its character. That's exactly what makes your clock genuinely one of a kind. (And remember, I'll send you approval photos before shipping.)

How do I care for my clock?

Wipe with a soft, dry (or lightly damp) cloth. Keep it out of long direct sunlight and away from excessive moisture or extreme temperatures. Occasionally applying a little wood oil keeps the grain rich and protected for years.

Each of our made‑to‑order wall clocks pairs black powder‑coated steel with a slab of olive wood to create a rustic, farmhouse‑inspired timepiece. This handcrafted design makes a striking focal point and a thoughtful housewarming gift 🎁.

🛠 Customization options:
• 📏 Size: Choose the diameter that best suits your space; clocks under or equal 60 cm may be crafted from two pieces of wood to achieve the requested size.
• 🔢 Indicators: Select your preferred style of numerals or hour markers.
• ✍️ Personalization: Want to add a name, date or logo? Provide your text and we’ll engrave it into the wood.

🌳 One‑of‑a‑kind: Olive wood varies in grain, colour and shape, and we use only trunk wood (never branches) for richer character.

Note on images: Product photos show our actual handmade clocks. Some lifestyle/room images are digital mockups created from our real product photos to help you visualize the piece in a space. Listing text was drafted with the help of AI tools and reviewed by us for accuracy. Because of this natural variation, no two pieces will look exactly alike, and we cannot reproduce the exact model shown in the photos.

🪵 Materials & finish:
• The steel ring is approximately 1 cm wide and 3 cm deep, made from 1.5 mm metal; its diameter can vary ± 1 cm due to the hand‑fabrication process.
• The silent quartz movement runs smoothly without ticking.
• Wood is protected with a matte hardwax oil.
• A hanger is installed on the back for easy wall mounting.

This artisanal timepiece is perfect for gifting or adding rustic elegance to your own home. If you have special requests about the wood or design, feel free to reach out before ordering; we’ll do our best to build a clock you’ll love.

🚚 Shipping & customs: International buyers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes. To facilitate delivery, please include a phone number at checkout so UPS can contact you if needed for customs clearance.

The first clock that came had a natural knot hole, right where the battery pack on the back was fixed, so you could see the plastic back of the battery pack through the front of the clock. It really cheapened the whole look. It took a couple exchanges back-and-forth before the manufacturer would allow for a replacement to be sent. I was told to keep the original clock. After about a month, the replacement clock came, but it also came with a broken “2” digit and with over $40 worth of some kind of international customs charge that I had to pay. Overall, I really do love the clock, but I am not happy with how difficult it was and how expensive it was to get a proper looking item. Ps, I was told by the company about the international trade charge, but not how much it would be. I didn’t expect that much of a charge.
