Yes, I accept custom and personalized orders! You can choose your preferred size, color, and design changes. I also create made-to-measure dresses — just send your measurements after placing the order. Please note that custom orders may take extra processing time and include an additional cost depending on the design and fabric details & are non-refundable once work has started.

Each listing includes a size chart for your reference. If you’re unsure, you can send me your body measurements (bust, waist, hips, and length), and I’ll help you select the best fit or make a custom size for you.

Most of my dresses should be dry cleaned or hand washed gently. Avoid machine washing and direct sunlight to keep the fabric and embroidery looking new.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes, I offer gift wrapping on request! Your dress will be beautifully wrapped in festive packaging, perfect for gifting. You can also include a small personalized note. Please note that gift wrapping has an additional charge.

Each dress takes around 4-7 days to make, as every piece is carefully handcrafted. Delivery time is usually 7-10 business days depending on your location. If you need your order urgently, express delivery is available within 1 week for an additional charge. Please message me before ordering for express options.

All dresses are made to order, so I don’t accept cancellations or full refunds once an order is placed. Please make sure all details are correct before purchasing
