Items normally ship within 1-5 business days, though factors such as high demand during the holidays can affect this.

How long will it take to receive my order?

US orders may arrive approximately 2-5 business days after being shipped, while International orders may arrive 1-4 weeks after being shipped. PLEASE NOTE: These are just estimates. Carrier services might need an additional 7-15 business days to ship packages anywhere, especially during the holiday season.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time/in one package?

Our products ship directly from our production partner. Because of this, if your order contains multiple types of items (example: a t-shirt + a tote), those items will ship out to you separately. If your order contains an embroidered item and a non-embroidered item, those products will ship out separately.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items purchased. You can check your estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and then entering your shipping address + any other necessary information. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address! Help!

Before checking out, please double check to make sure you’ve entered the correct address. If, after checking out, you realize you made a mistake, reach out to us immediately. If production hasn’t started, we can fix the issue—no problem! However, if production HAS started, we unfortunately won't be able to do anything. This is because all of our products are made-to-order. We partner with a printing service to produce and ship our items, which allows us to spend more time with our kiddos and fur babies! We appreciate your understanding.

What about delayed, lost, or stolen packages?

You can track your package through your shipment confirmation email. If you're concerned about a missing package, please first check to make sure the address you entered at checkout is correct. If it is, the best thing to do is contact your local post office for further assistance. Occasionally, packages end up being stored at local post offices and have to be collected from there. Additionally, you can complete a Help Request Form on USPS.com. If your package still hasn't arrived 7 business days after submitting your help request, we recommend visiting USPS.com to submit a Missing Mail Search Request. If all of these steps have been completed and your package still hasn't been delivered, please reach out to us.

Can you put a design on the back of a shirt instead of the front? What about on a sweatshirt instead of a t-shirt? Or on a shirt color that isn't listed?

Iron on a medium heat setting, inside-out. - No fabric softeners or dry-cleaning.
