Custom and personalized orders

Yes we can create custom and personalized orders on our glass tumblers. Patches cannot be customized. Please message us for more information.

Glass cans/tumblers: We use the highest quality vinyl on our glass cans but we highly recommend hand washing. Putting the glass can through the dishwasher is possible but not recommend as the detergent will break down your design over time (ex: fading, discoloration, peeling, etc.).

What is included in free shipping?

Items will standard ship. This is NOT overnight, expedited, etc. It can range from 1-2 weeks for delivery via USPS. You will be automatically emailed tracking for your order, please reference your Etsy emails nice the item ships. If you want your items faster then 1-2 weeks, please contact us directly. We will look into the prices and you will have to pay for overnight or rushed shipping. Prices will vary.

What to expect after your item has shipped.

Due to continued supply chain issues, the USPS has significant delays in shipping. We work as fast as possible to get your items out of our studio and off to the post office! Turn around times for patches are 1-2 days after you placed the order. For glass cans and tumblers, 3-5 days. Usually items ship next business day. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping courier. DaisyHillDesignCo is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Your cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated!
