How do I download my purchase?

NOTE: You must be on a web browser because the Etsy app does not support downloads. FROM ETSY: After your payment is processed, click on “Your Account” > “Purchases” > “Download Files” FROM EMAIL: An email with a link to your download will be sent to the address associated with your purchase. FOR GUEST USERS: You will receive an email with a download link. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if necessary!

4-Week Planners | What do I need in order to use a digital planner?

You must have a PDF annotation app and tablet device with a stylus before or right after purchase, each sold separately with some apps that charge for subscriptions. It is recommended to familiarize yourself with a PDF annotation app before purchase. Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital products?

Because digital downloads can’t be returned, I don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if there is any issue with your order, please message me within 14 days of purchase and I’ll help make it right!
