All of our products are "Made-to-Order" to guarantee the highest quality and a personalized touch. This means your T-shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt is custom-printed specifically for you.

When will my order ship?

After receiving your order, the production and quality check of your item generally takes 1-2 business days. This period does not include shipping time. The most current and accurate processing time is stated in each product listing.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

After the processing time is complete: - US domestic shipping generally takes an additional 2-5 business days. - International shipping times vary by destination but can take an average of 10-30 business days. Note: These times may be extended during special periods (holidays, promotions) and due to unexpected carrier delays.

How should I choose my size? Are your fits unisex?

Most of our products are in a unisex fit, offering a comfortable and modern cut. To ensure you choose the correct size, please check the Size Chart located in every product listing. Comparing the measurements to a T-shirt you already own by laying it flat will give you the most accurate result.

What material are your products made from?

We use high-quality, soft cotton and cotton/polyester blends for comfort and durability. The exact material information for each product is detailed in the product description.

How should I wash my items to prevent the print from fading?

To ensure the longevity of the prints: - Wash the garment inside out. - Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. - Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. - Tumble dry on low heat, or preferably hang to dry. - Do not iron directly over the design/print.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since our products are custom-made upon order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges requested for a different size, color, or design. Please check the size charts carefully before placing your order. However, we gladly provide returns/exchanges in the following cases: - If your product arrives damaged or defective. - If the wrong product, size, or design was shipped. If you encounter any such issues, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and include photos showing the problem.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we start the production process quickly, you can request an order cancellation within the first 1 hour after payment. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this period.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally immediately after placing your order, with the correct address. We can update the address if a shipping tracking number has not yet been generated for your order. However, the moment a shipping tracking number (label/code) is created, your package is prepared for shipment, and we are technically unable to make any address changes. In this scenario, you will need to wait for the package to be delivered to the incorrect address or returned to us.
