Refunds or exchanges on regular pieces or items are accepted by special arrangement. I do not pay/refund shipment costs. Custom orders or items that have been used and taken out of their packaging are non-returnable. I take care of my plushies, as if they were my babies, so i don't accept them to be returned worn out, dirty nor damaged.

Packages will not be sent until the payment has been received. I will ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date of payment. All shipping rates are mentioned with the products. I make sure the item is very well and securely packaged, however I take no responsibility after the item has been send. Please give a valid phone number and e-mail at the checkout. I have to mention those informations on the package when shipping. So i am sure they arrive well at destination.

Care instructions are shipped with the plush toy. All my plushies are washable in a washing machine at 30°C. I recommend to place them in a washing net and to wash them with similar colors (the 1st time).

✿ The colors are organized in the same way as in the DMC color card. Divided into 20 columns by color. In each column, the colors are divided into shades.

✿ Size individual cards: 4 cm x H 3,8 cm / 1,57" x 1,4" (tall). They fit in most standard plastic embroidery boxes.
