Great looking tight fitting black vest from H & M for the lady who is a size XS or S. Tag inside says 6 and I think that's about right. Mostly cotton with a bit of stretch and designed be tight on the body.

20" length in back

Half belt in back to let you loosen a bit if you like.
If you like you can wear the vest unbuttoned.
2 faux pockets on left side.
Cool lapels.
