After purchase - I can't access my Google Sheets template, how do I get my spreadsheet?

Unfortunately, Google Sheets can be a bit glitchy from time to time. If it does not open, or if it opens in a view only mode try the following: In the top toolbar, click “File” → “Make a copy”. This will create a copy of the spreadsheet that will provide you with full access. If that does not work try the troubleshooting options down below. - Open the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop - Make sure there is enough space on your Google Drive - Try a different browser - Make sure you are logged into Google Sheets If after you have tried all options above you are still experiencing issues be sure to reach out to us on Etsy so we can assist you further.

I can't download my purchase on my phone, what am I doing wrong?

At this time, digital downloads can't be downloaded on the Etsy mobile app. They will need to be accessed on a mobile browser (while making sure to log out of the app), or on a laptop/desktop. Once you've accessed the template you can then use it on your mobile phone :)

What is a spreadsheet template?

A spreadsheet template is a pre-formatted file to help you jumpstart your budgeting or planning. It's as easy as downloading the template and using it instantly! All our templates are editable by Google Sheets. The templates are also fully editable and customizable. Change the texts, titles, sections, colors, and fonts! You can personalize it according to your needs. However, the cells of the spreadsheets are protected by default to prevent accidental changes to formulas, but you can easily unprotect the sheet if you want to change anything!

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Due to the digital nature of our products we cannot offer any returns or refunds. Once a purchase has been downloaded you will always have access to your purchase. If you made a purchase by accident be sure not to download your purchase. We will be able to check in our dashboard if the purchase has been downloaded. We will only be able to cancel your purchase if none of our products in your purchase has been downloaded.

I have trouble downloading my files

You can find your download here https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If you would like to access your download on your phone or tablet be sure to copy and paste this link in your mobile browser (Safari or Google Chrome) as Etsy does not allow you to download your purchase through the Etsy app. If you don't have an account you will receive a download link via e-mail. If you still have trouble downloading your item send us a message and we'll send it to you by e-mail.

Is your product available in other languages?

At this time, all of our products are offered in English only. While some customers choose to translate the spreadsheets for their own personal use, we do not currently provide official multi-language support.

This is an amazing bundle. I've gotten the most use out of the Annual Budget tracker but all the sheets included are equally as helpful! My one suggestion for improvement (which may be a personal preference) would be to also include individual columns in the debt tracker for variable payments for each debt as opposed to the +/- adjustment which adds the extra payments to a debt based on your preferred debt payment method. (or have both!) Thank you for putting these sheets together!

I absolutely love the Ultimate Budget spreadsheet - it is easy to use, helps me organize my finances all in one place, see my spending and saving trends, and plan for the future! I highly recommend the Ultimate Budget, and I would give it a 5 star rating! The Workout Planner is also helpful, though it (and the other spreadsheets in this package) are much more simplistic than the Ultimate Budget, which is why I am giving this listing 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!
