Response from Tran Ella

First, thank you for your order. Secondly, I sincerely apologize that the pattern didn't meet your expectations. Perhaps the previous version didn't provide basic instructions for beginners. I've updated it with a more detailed version suitable for even beginners. I've contacted you numerous times via Etsy message and email but received no response. I've also fully refunded your order. I'm always willing to fully refund orders if customers are dissatisfied and I'm always ready to assist you in completing your final product. I hope to hear from you again. Once again, I apologize and wish you a happy new year!
