1. How does the ordering process work? After you place your order, we'll contact you to confirm all the details. For custom orders, we create a private Google Drive folder where we keep everything organized in one place, including your measurements, design notes, fabric options, inspiration photos, progress updates, and important information. Once all details are approved, production begins. Throughout the process, we'll keep you updated and send photos at key stages. Before shipping, you'll receive final photos of your completed garment for approval.

2. How long does production take? Most of our garments are made to order and require approximately 4–6 weeks to produce. Production time depends on the design complexity, materials, handwork, and approval process. Shipping time is separate. If you have a specific wedding or event date, please let us know before placing your order or include it in the order notes. 3. Do you offer custom sizing? Yes. Every custom-size garment is made according to your personal measurements. After purchase, we'll send you a detailed measurement form along with clear instructions, and we'll guide you through the entire measuring process.

4. Can I customize the design? Absolutely. Depending on the design, we can adjust details such as the length, sleeves, neckline, train, fabric, lace, embellishments, and other elements. Rush production depends on our current production schedule, material availability, and design complexity. 6. Will I receive updates during production? Yes. We'll keep you informed throughout the production process and will contact you whenever your approval is required. Before shipping, we'll send detailed photos of your completed garment so you can review it before paying the remaining balance. 7. Which shipping methods do you use? We ship worldwide using reliable tracked shipping services. DHL Express: about 4–8 business days Nova Post: about 8–14 business days Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping companies and may vary due to customs or local carriers. 8. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

9. What if my dress doesn't fit? Because each custom garment is made according to the measurements you provide, accurate measurements are essential. We'll carefully review your measurements before production begins and contact you if anything appears unusual. If a fit issue is caused by a production error on our part, we'll work with you to find the best solution. 10. Can I return or exchange my order? Standard-size, non-customized items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions. Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, or modified garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable because they are created specifically for you.

11. Who pays customs duties and taxes? For orders shipped to the United States, Caribis covers import duties and customs-related taxes. For other destinations, any applicable import duties or local taxes are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed before purchase. 12. What happens if my parcel is delayed or damaged? If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. karyna.bisiuk@caribis.us. We'll assist you throughout the carrier claim process and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.

13. How should I care for my garment? We recommend gentle hand cleaning or professional dry cleaning, depending on the specific garment. Detailed care instructions are included with every order to help preserve its beauty for years to come. 14. Can I contact you before placing an order? Of course. If you're unsure about sizing, design options, production timelines, or anything else, we're always happy to answer your questions and help you choose the best option.
