Where can I find the tracking info?

Tracking is not standard on mail sent from the UK, it costs extra. Unless you bought an item that comes with tracking or selected the optional upgrade at checkout, there isn't one. Please read the listings for details. Some items - such as the pillowcases - come with tracking included and you can find that information in your purchases tab.

What's the deal with customs and tarifs?

Tariffs for US customers are paid in advance via DDP with Royal Mail and these costs are built into my shipping prices. For everywhere else, Etsy should charge you customs taxes at checkout where applicable. I can take no responsibility for additional charges imposed by your country of residence when you import from abroad.

Last RECOMMENDED order date for UK customers 12th December Royal Mail are not offering ANY recommendation for international this year. It's simply "as early as possible". If you order from me after the 20th November, you understand that there is NO guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas 2025.

The vast majority of "lost" mail turns up within this time and I cannot do anything about it until 25 days have passed since the expected delivery date. During the busy Christmas period when these times can be longer, I would appreciate if you were patient. I know Etsy says "get it by" but that is an estimate and it is wildly optimistic for international mail. I only have control over how fast I pack and send off your order - after that, it's at the mercy of the postal services. So I personally ask that you please wait 30 days from the order date before contacting me regarding missing parcels. Rest assured that - assuming you provided the correct address & there is no issue that is your responsibility - I will resolve the issue!

Make sure you type your address carefully when placing your order and include your Apartment number if you have one. The main reason I get returns is due to people leaving off their Apt #. You should use your full legal name – I know that sucks, but in the unlikely event you need to collect the package from a depo, you may need it to match your ID.
