This is so much more elegant, soft & flattering than even the picture suggests. I absolutely love it & so does my dog Ziggy!
The item was as described, although I would call the fabric velvety rather than true velvet. I had hoped the design would be embroidered, but it is printed. I didn’t need to use customer service.

I bought this as a gift, the design is applied beautifully and the overall quality is quite good. There was a bit of an issue with postage, but Monica sorted it out for me. She was very helpful in answering my questions and fixing the shipping issue.
